Solutions Specialist
The Unishippers Solutions Manager plays a key role in growing and supporting customer relationships—both new and existing—by delivering tailored solutions that meet real business needs. You'll collaborate across teams, keep the customer at the center, and help drive sales and revenue as you position Unishippers as a strategic leader in the market. At its core, an Account Management role— but for those with a sales-driven mindset and a knack for analytics, it's a perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Engagement
- Jump into customer meetings—virtual or face-to-face—to uncover their challenges, workflows, and tech needs.
- Wow customers with platform demos, hands-on training, and tailor-made system integrations that make their lives easier.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to craft knockout proposals that confidently help close the deal.
- Own the execution strategy and implementation from kickoff to launch for our biggest, best customers—you're in the driver's seat from day one and stay on board to provide ongoing support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Build lasting relationships, grow account value, and always bring fresh, game-changing ideas to the table.
Team Collaboration
- Help bring new clients on board, working hand-in-hand with integration, operations, and admin teams.
- Work alongside account managers to turn problems into solutions and challenges into wins.
- Partner with carriers to line up services, solve issues, and tap into special programs that benefit customers.
- Make smart decisions, juggle priorities like a pro, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
- You're the ultimate team player and connector across departments - sharing insights and making sure the right people are in the loop, on schedule, and crushing their tasks. You know how to keep the momentum flowing so new customers come on board smoothly and efficiently, with zero dropped balls.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management—or something in that neighborhood
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry
- A knack for solving problems and thinking critically—you don't just spot issues, you tackle them head-on
- Organized, adaptable, and cool under pressure—you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong analytical skills and an Excel whiz —whether it's formulas, pivot tables, or VLOOKUPs, you love digging into data to uncover insights and turn them into smarter actions
- A self-starter attitude—you take initiative, ask the right questions, and always look for ways to add value
- A natural communicator and team player with a go-getter attitude—you're just as comfortable leading a client convo as you are collaborating with teammates, making you the kind of person everyone wants in their corner.

- Monday-Friday, in-person schedule (Dallas: Lovers & Greenville), 40 hours per week—work hard, live well.
