Product Owner, Payments & Financing Marketplace

Our Financing Marketplace enables providers and patients to access flexible financing options while maintaining streamlined, compliant payment workflows. As we scale, we are expanding our product organization to optimize delivery, drive efficiency, and maintain flexibility across our growing product portfolio.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Product Owner to support delivery across multiple scrum teams focused on Financing Marketplace and core Payments workstreams. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, BAs, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable delivery. The Product Owner will be responsible for maintaining alignment across concurrent delivery teams, ensuring backlog clarity, delivery execution, and coordination across workstreams that impact patient financing, funding partners, payments processing, and provider billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Product Owner for Financing Marketplace and Payments scrum teams, overseeing backlog readiness, sprint planning, and delivery execution across two teams.

• In collaboration with BAs and engineering partners, help refine product epics into actionable delivery items and technical acceptance criteria.

• Partner with architects to clarify technical flows related to financing workflows, funding operations, settlement processes, and reporting.

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, including standups, demos, retrospectives, and PI Planning to stay closely aligned with team progress.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure roadmap alignment across funding partners, patient experience, and payment product scalability.

• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and sprint-level blockers.

• Maintain backlog hygiene, velocity tracking, and transparent cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or Business Analyst supporting fintech, payments, or lending platforms.

• Familiarity with financial transaction flows, partner integrations, or healthcare revenue cycle workflows preferred.

• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery models and Jira tooling.

• Comfortable managing delivery across multiple concurrent teams.
