Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector (DAL)

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring for a Quality Control Inspector for a warehouse located in the Plano, TX 75075 area.

Shift/Pay Rate : 1st shift (8am to 4:30pm): $19-21 Depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Read blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor operations to ensure that productions standards are met.
• Analyze test results, identify defects or deviations from standards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Follow established quality assurance (QA/QC) procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Mark measurement results on engineering drawings.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Report inspection and test data.
• Maintain records as required.
• Accept or reject finished items.

Requirements:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree in Electronics or other technical discipline preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous quality assurance experience in electronics or power industry.
• Production and Processing; knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
