Software AI Engineer
:
The Commercial Software team is in search of talent that loves to explore new technologies and develop solutions that are at the cutting edge. They should have an education in Artificial Intelligence with experience building solutions with large scale and local models. They will have the opportunity to own and strengthen relationships, work with thought leaders, and work in a dynamic environment that values innovation.
The right candidate contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas and provides innovative ideas and solutions as part of a dynamic and agile team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal software solutions.
Works with more senior engineers in the design and deployment of software.
Designs, codes, and debugs applications in various software languages.
Contributes to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps around software engineering; executes strategic software engineering proof of concepts.
Knowledge & Skills:
Passionate about AI and ML technologies.
Machine learning experience, especially in the area of Large Language models (LLM), Natural Language processing (NLP), and Deep Learning models.
Developing technical knowledge of complex software systems, including enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems.
Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (customers, sales, engineering, marketing, competitor, and management).
Ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty.
Using software applications design tools and languages.
Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
Designing software applications running on multiple platform types.
Software applications testing methodology, including the execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
Scope & Impact:
Directly impact delivery time and quality.
Supports software engineering leadership.
Works closely with architects and technology leads, directly engaging with internal and external software development teams.
Resolves complex customer requests and complaints in a professional and prompt manner.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence. Typically 2-4 years of related experience.
