AI/ML Program Manager

job summary: We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and build cutting-edge autonomous agent solutions powered by LLMs and RAG architectures. This role focuses on developing scalable, production-grade AI applications that drive automation, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. You will work hands-on with modern AI frameworks and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications and autonomous agent solutions
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases
• Build and manage agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) via APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI, etc.)
• Implement context engineering strategies to improve model accuracy and performance
• Develop secure, scalable solutions with strong governance, safety, and cost efficiency
• Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and data protection controls
• Enable secure data access using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business) to deliver solutions
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI models and application performance

qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents
• Strong experience with LLMs and context engineering
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT
• Experience implementing RAG architectures with vector databases
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI, etc.)
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs
• Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls
• Understanding of data privacy and handling sensitive data (PII/PHI)

Nice to Have:

• Experience building multi-agent or autonomous workflows
• Experience optimizing LLM cost, token usage, and performance
• Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment and scalability patterns
