CornerStone Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Paralegal I for a high-volume legal team in the Addison area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or legal admin work—ready to step into a critical support role that blends legal accuracy with operational impact.

Location : Addison, TX | 100% Onsite
Pay : $25.00 – $30.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare, review, and mail legal foreclosure documents such as Notices of Acceleration and Motions to Foreclose
• Audit foreclosure data for accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements
• Interpret legal documents including Deeds of Trust and property title reports
• File foreclosure pleadings in the appropriate court and manage court interactions
• Interface with attorneys, vendors, clients, and opposing counsel as needed
• Maintain accurate client systems and escalate complex legal issues when necessary

What You Bring
• 2+ years of foreclosure experience (law firm or mortgage servicing required)
• Strong organizational and document review skills
• Proficiency with systems like BlackKnight & MSP highly preferred
• Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
• Stable previous work history - no job hoppers!
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and timelines
