Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Location: This role is primarily in-office in our Uptown Dallas office, offering strong collaboration, mentorship, and day-to-day exposure to sophisticated litigation work.

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and experience from a large or mid-sized law firm. Relocation assistance is generally not available.

Job Description

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal court
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Support and participate in hearings, depositions, and case strategy
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with increasing independence
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in litigation
• Work across related disputes, including employment and other substantive areas as needed
• Conduct legal research, develop case theories, and contribute to high-quality advocacy
• Collaborate closely with a talented litigation team in a fast-paced law firm environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Law review or moot court preferred
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and client communication
• Texas bar admission strongly preferred or required depending on current practice status
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in an in-office team setting
