We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Intermediate level Civil Engineer based out of San Antonio or Austin, TX . As a Civil Engineering Professional, part of our Cities and Places team, you will be an integral member of the design team. You will have the opportunity to perform site civil engineering analysis and design for a wide range of projects locally, nationally, and around the world, producing technical reports, construction drawings and technical specifications. Specific Civil design efforts will entail assessing site features and creating site layouts, designing utilities systems and pavements, grading and drainage, stormwater management and erosion & sediment control. Additionally, your expertise will be leveraged to develop project drawing and technical specification deliverables during design, as well as services during construction support during construction phases of work.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience for infrastructure, building/facilities-related site civil design projects.
- Strong background in plan production and project execution while leading design teams.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline team with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Construction support services experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.)
- AutoCAD Civil3D design experience.
- Experience developing labor budgets for civil engineering design efforts.
- Project management experience.
- Practical hands-on experience and/or construction support.
- Experience with alternate delivery (Design-Build, CMAR/CM-GC and/or EPC projects)
The compensation range reflects potential base salary and minimum and maximum target new hire salaries for this position across all listed U.S. locations. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $116,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
