We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Manager in Northeast Houston, TX, to support our Program Management Team.
As a key member of our Houston, TX EPCM team, you’ll provide the day to day supervision of project controls staff and be responsible for cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll manage the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.

Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15 years of project cost controls and scheduling experience in an EPCM environment
• Experience with Primavera 6
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
• Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
• Masters degree in Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering, but not required
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred
• Previous pharmaceutical experience
• Previous program experience
• Full EPC/EPCM delivery experience

155,600.00

The base salary range for this position is $155,600.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
