Job Summary
Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is hiring a Fry Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare fried menu items (fries, wings, appetizers, and more) according to recipes and standards
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature, texture, and presentation every time
Monitor fryer temperatures and cook times for consistency and quality
Station Management
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized fry station
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain oil quality and ensure proper fryer operation
Kitchen Support & Teamwork
Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely food execution
Support a smooth, efficient service during busy shifts
Requirements
Previous kitchen or fry cook experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on business needs
Nights and weekends may be required
