Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Remote Phone Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers over the phone, present products or services, and close sales. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to prospective customers

• Present products or services clearly and effectively

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

• Overcome objections and confidently close sales

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Accurately document interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable making high-volume calls

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
