All Stor Self Storage in Crosby is now taking applications for part time office and cleaning help. (Self Storage Experience A Plus). Must be available to work Monday-Saturday. We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual that does not mind spending time outdoors to ensure the property meets the highest standards. You will assist the Office Manager in the oversight of assigned commercial and residential properties. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue and ensure properties are customer ready. Duties include but not limited to: Walking around the property performing lock checks and showing units to customers. Helping in the office by renting storage units, answering the phone and selling store merchandise. Ensure the facility meets the highest of cleanliness standards. This is accomplished by cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, offices, restrooms, hallways, changing bulbs and other task as assigned and basic general maintenance. Also monitoring activities on site to ensure safety and security of patrons. Problem solving including equipment/maintenance issues and emergency situations. Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and current auto insurance as you will need this to travel to bank and other properties as needed (mileage paid). Basic computer skills and ability to do job (lift 50 lbs, walking large sites, ect.)(Working outside in the Winter and in the Summer) Sitelink/Storable and Storlogix Software knowledge a Plus. Must have flexible schedule and able to work weekends. Must be able to pass drug and background check
Hourly compensation.......$12.50----$15.00 hour
