See Your Work in a New Light

At LUX Infusion , we're reimagining specialty infusion care as something more human, more supportive, and more connected. We partner closely with providers, patients, and clinical teams to ensure timely access to complex therapies while delivering clarity, trust, and exceptional outcomes.

We're looking for a Specialty Infusion Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — a relationship‑driven sales professional who brings accountability, purpose, and a patient‑first mindset to territory growth.

Why This Role Matters

The Territory Account Executive plays a critical role in expanding patient access to infusion and specialty therapies. By building trusted partnerships with providers and health systems, this role directly influences how quickly and effectively patients can begin and continue life‑impacting treatment.

In this role, you'll contribute to work that:

  • Helps patients access complex biologic and infusion therapies sooner
  • Supports providers with reliable, high‑touch specialty infusion partnership
  • Strengthens care coordination across home infusion, clinics, and specialty sites
  • Drives sustainable growth in a clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes

Success in this role isn't just measured in numbers — it's measured in patients served and partnerships built .

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Promote specialty infusion, IVIG, and biologic therapies across key therapeutic areas including Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology
  • Build and grow strong relationships with healthcare providers across home infusion, infusion suites, physician clinics, and regional health systems
  • Educate providers on appropriate clinical use, patient access pathways, and care coordination support
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive referral growth and market share expansion
  • Identify and engage key decision‑makers involved in prescribing, referrals, and care coordination
  • Support navigation of payer coverage, formulary dynamics, and access challenges
  • Represent LUX Infusion at conventions, symposiums, trade shows, and networking events
  • Share competitive intelligence and market insights to inform regional strategy
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through ethical, patient‑centered selling
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • A passion for relationship‑based selling that delivers real clinical value
  • Strong ownership of territory strategy, performance, and results
  • Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
  • A patient‑centered approach to driving growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • Proven, consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets year over year
  • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, biologics, specialty medications, DME, or home‑based clinical services
  • Ability to demonstrate performance metrics such as quota attainment, territory growth, or referral volume

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, immunology, oncology, neurology, or gastroenterology
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
  • Experience with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
  • Prior success launching or expanding a territory in a growth‑stage organization

You don't need to check every box — we care just as much about how you build trust as what you sell.

Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we're not just selling a service — we're delivering clarity, confidence, and continuity of care to patients navigating complex conditions.

Here, you'll find:

  • Purpose‑driven sales work with direct patient impact
  • Autonomy and ownership over your territory
  • A collaborative, high‑performance culture
  • Strong clinical and operational support behind every referral
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential

Come help expand access to specialty infusion care — and see what's possible when growth and compassion go hand in hand.
