HerKare , part of the SynergenX | Low T Center family of clinics, is one of the nation’s fastest-growing providers of women-focused hormone optimization, functional medicine, and wellness services . We are excited to open a new HerKare clinic in Pflugerville, TX , located near our Low T Center, and are seeking a Clinic Director (Mid-Level Provider) to lead this location.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a PA or NP who is passionate about functional medicine, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy for women , and who is ready to step into a clinical leadership position within a rapidly growing organization.

About the Role

The Clinic Director (CD) serves as both a hands-on provider and clinical leader within the HerKare clinic. This position delivers direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed protocols while performing comprehensive evaluations focused on identifying and treating the root causes of hormonal imbalance and metabolic dysfunction in women .

The Clinic Director works closely with the physician Medical Director, operations partners, and management teams to ensure clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and efficient clinic operations. Core services include female-focused hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medically supervised weight loss, metabolic optimization, and functional medicine–based wellness care , with an emphasis on personalized treatment plans and long-term patient outcomes. The role also includes supervisory and leadership responsibilities for clinical support staff.

Requirements

• Active Texas license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum of one year of clinical practice experience
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• Availability during clinic hours and two Saturdays per month (with incentive pay provided)

Clinic Hours

Clinic operations average 40–41 hours per week .

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Two Saturdays per month are required and compensated separately.

Training

• Two full consecutive weeks (10 business days) of paid training
• Training conducted Monday through Friday

Compensation

• Base salary: $135,000 annually
• Saturday incentive pay: $400 per Saturday (two Saturdays per month), totaling $10,400 annually
• Total annual compensation: $145,400
• RVU bonus opportunities available
