X trordinair, a private jet and yacht management company is hiring a full time bookkeeper. is looking for an individual with bookkeeping experience. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks


• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365


• College degree required


• Aviation experience is a plus!

Responsabilities:

• In charge of record keeping for reciepts and expenses log keeping


• Manage all accounting functions in the office; including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks and reporting to C.P.A.


• Manage the day-to-day financial, invoicing and collection operations for our office.


• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable


• Record and maintain accurate financial records


• Coordinate and manage office inventory and supplies


• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings


• Perform other administrative duties as needed


• Be able to use personal cell phone for work. A company computer will be provided.
