The North Dallas General Office is seeking select mid-to-senior-level professionals for our Financial Advisor Development Program.

What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Client Advisory
Build a sophisticated financial planning practice focused on individuals, families, executives, and business owners
Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs analyses
Provide consultative strategies
Develop long-term client relationships through a personalized, needs-based planning approach
Leverage New York Life's Advanced Planning Group for complex and high-net-worth client cases
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted financial resource for clients throughout various stages of life
Guide clients through important financial decisions with professionalism and integrity
Develop deep, trust-based relationships with affluent individuals, families, and business owners
Deliver customized financial strategies backed by industry-leading resources and support
Culture & Leadership Engagement
Contribute to the collaborative, high-performance culture of the company

Professional Background
