Skills:

  • Must have domestic mobility (international mobility a plus!)
  • Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning &; prioritization, and project management
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills working in a manufacturing setting
  • You must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment
  • Previous work in a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with line and unit managers is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, as well as ability to manage digital systems to analyze data
  • The role requires on-site support with flexibility to support multiple shifts, and work remotely 1 day per week
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
