Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between DHL Supply Chain, our customers, and operations teams. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating operational activities, providing transportation and shipment updates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and the ability to effectively collaborate with operations, transportation, and site leadership to support business objectives while living the DHL Way.

Required Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment; Previous warehouse experience required; Experience supporting order management, inventory, shipping, receiving, or transportation processes; Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse management system (WMS); Transportation, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience; Experience supporting customer accounts in a supply chain environment; Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order management processes.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Shift: First Shift

Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Shift Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: $20.75 per hour

Role Purpose :

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities :

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
