Job Overview:
The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Pay Range: $62 - $66/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
