Executive Assistant
Full Time
Location:Houston, TX (Remote & On-Site as Needed)
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistantto support a high-profile client with both professional and personal organizational needs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs, streamline processes, and help maintain efficiency in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted right-hand to the client, ensuring their calendar, travel, and day-to-day priorities are meticulously managed.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address tasks, minimizing the need for direction or follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain detailed notes from recorded calls, ensuring follow-ups and next steps are documented and executed efficiently.
- Work closely with the existing Executive/Personal Assistant to coordinate household and personal affairs.
- Handle household management tasks and oversee projects as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements with a high level of detail and foresight.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters, acting with professionalism and integrity.
- Respond to emails, texts, and calls promptly within the client’s preferred timeframe (8 AM – 5 PM ET, with Sunday email reviews).

- Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experienced in household management, event coordination, and travel planning.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to integrate digital tools for efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- “Worldly” and well-rounded with life experience that enables sound judgment and adaptability.
- Proactive and assertive in managing responsibilities without constant oversight.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and reporting on-site as needed in Houston.
Schedule & Expectations:
- Must be available to respond and assist during standard business hours and occasional weekends as needed.
- Flexibility to adjust based on the client’s travel and time zone shifts (including working earlier when the client is abroad).
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the primary Executive/Personal Assistant.
