? Bilingual Loan Processor – Hybrid – Northwest side of Houston ?

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Loan Processor for our client  on the Northwest side of Houston. As a Bilingual Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in managing loan files originating from multiple company locations and various Mortgage Consultants. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to borrowers and internal stakeholders will be integral to the success of our team.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan files from multiple company locations and Mortgage Consultants
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process
• Review reports and monitor loan progress to ensure timely follow-up on assigned files
• Process loan files efficiently, meeting established service level expectations
• Evaluate loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate directly with borrowers regarding loan status and any additional requirements
• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, and closers to facilitate smooth loan closings
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting approval
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the loan origination system
• Stay informed and compliant with all regulatory and company guidelines
• Encompass software experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan processing
