With a diverse organization, employees bring a wide range of experience and expertise to excel in the current energy landscape while preparing for the future.

  • Design future-state processes aligned with enterprise architecture principles, regulatory compliance requirements, and long-term strategic roadmaps
  • Serve as a change agent and thought leader, driving adoption of modern business process and architecture practices

Job Skills Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process improvement, enterprise architecture, or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels
  • Enterprise architecture design and governance
  • Business process analysis, modeling, and optimization
  • Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional facilitation and workshop leadership
  • Strategic planning and alignment with enterprise goals
