We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Cook and Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu and ensuring that all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen surfaces are clean and sanitized.
This is a great opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their skills in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Cooking: Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) and cook menu items according to recipes.
Dishwashing: Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; sweep and mop floors as needed.
Food Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and properly store food items.
Teamwork: Assist other kitchen staff with various tasks during busy hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a cook or dishwasher is preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right person!).
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs .
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Must have a flexible schedule (including weekends and evenings).
Food Handler’s Card/Certification (preferred).
