Requirements
- Active RN License in the state of Texas or compact equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical skills in managing critically ill pediatric patients
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific protocols and EMR systems
