Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote after training)

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 / Hourly

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will support a high-volume proposal team by transforming raw data into professional client-ready deliverables. This role requires strong Excel skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build proposals using Excel, PowerPoint, mapping tools, and visual resources.
• Review and analyze large data sets to create accurate client-ready documents.
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting strict deadlines and service levels.
• Collaborate with sales strategists and account executives to ensure proposals meet client needs.
• Track work progress using internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to team collaboration and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas; macros a plus). - Will need to pass Excel assessment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data-heavy roles (experience may substitute for a degree).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to adjust hours during peak workload periods.
