Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 per year A bit about us: We are in the Healthtech space! We’re looking for a strong technical leader — not a people manager who used to code, but someone who still can. This role is for a hands-on Engineering Manager who has led teams of 5+ developers and brings both technical depth and practical leadership. Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers
Stay close to the architecture and technical decisions
Drive execution, delivery, and quality
Partner cross-functionally with Product
Establish practical engineering processes (without overcomplicating them) Must have Skills:
5+ years in software engineering
2+ years leading teams of 5+ developers
Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Background in healthcare or healthtech
Hands-on technical depth (architecture, system design, code reviews)
Sound judgment and common sense in decision-making
Ability to balance velocity with quality Nice to have:
Experience building cloud-native healthcare platforms
