Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU (Pediatrics) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU (Pediatrics) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS Must-Have: 2 years of Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required Description: High acuity and fast-paced CV unit. Cares for patients with congenital heart disease and defects. Involves surgical management of congenital heart disease. Handles cases of heart failure, arrhythmias, transplantation, and VAD/Berlin. Serves an age range from neonatal through young adult. Occasional adult congenital heart disease patients may be admitted. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, and 1:3 for stepdown/non-ICU. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification are mandated. About Cynet Health
