HR Support Analyst

Overview: Summary/objective The HR Support Analyst supports the functional areas of the human resources team. This role requires broad knowledge of several disciplines in HR. This role will provide support as needed with relation to human resources, employee inquiries, and other tasks. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Assist in reporting, troubleshooting, to maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
- Provide support as needed with relation to human resources, employee inquiries, and other tasks.
- Assist employees with health, dental, vision, life and supplemental benefit.
- Assist in the design, development and modifications in HR related data to suit organizational needs.
- Assist in analyzing, investigating, evaluating, and testing systems during implementations, benefits enrollment, integrations, and system updates for all processes and workflows.
- Analyze and evaluate HR business requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Gains exposure to complex tasks within the job function
- Assist to maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources system applications.
- Help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS system. Train new system users and existing users on system enhancements and upgrades.
- Document all standard work in the human resources department.
- Responds to HR support tickets as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience in benefits, HR systems, reporting, payroll or related HR areas
- Current, working knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP, Ultipro, Workday, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, charts, graphs and pivot tables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivlant required
Preferred Qualifications: - Flexibility in problem analysis and solution creationgeneration
- Ability to manage own work on multiple projects asks concurrently
- Ability to assess sense of urgency and prioritization of work
- Understands HR standard concepts, practices and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and extreme accuracy.
Supervisory responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities Work environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers. Physical demands Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Travel required This position will require limited travel.
