How You Will Make an Impact

- Ensure trades are sequenced correctly and jobsite priorities are clearly communicated.
- Monitor work quality, site progress, manpower, deliveries, and daily production.
- Communicate field updates to the office through clear, consistent email and written reports.
- Provide timely updates when trades do not show, materials are delayed, or field conditions change.
- Enforce jobsite expectations around schedule, workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and accountability.
- Help prevent avoidable rework, missed rough-ins, sequencing mistakes, and damage to completed work.
- Represent the company professionally with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, tenants, and internal team members.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of construction field leadership experience.
- Experience managing subcontractors, field employees, vendors, and daily jobsite activity.

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and jobsite logistics.
- Proven ability to keep trades accountable and maintain control of daily site operations.
- Clear communication skills, including regular email updates and written field reporting.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through without constant supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally across the Houston market.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with ground-up commercial, industrial, warehouse, flex space, metal building, concrete, sitework, or light industrial projects.
- Experience managing projects in the $2M–$7M range.

- Opportunity to grow with a stable, owner-led construction and development company.
