We are looking for a strategic and technically-minded Product Manager to lead the development of our Customer Performance Insights & Reporting. This role will be responsible for defining and delivering critical performance reporting for our most strategic real estate customers, while integrating critical third-party and proprietary data sources to power these experiences. Our real estate partners will use these insights to drive improvements in their broker and agent teams performance and market benchmark comparisons.

You will work cross-functionally with multiple Product teams leveraging the insights in their customer-facing tools, as well as design, engineering, analytics, data science, sales, and marketing to unlock high-impact opportunities and deliver robust, self-serve insights to support lead to transaction, customer success, and strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do:


  • Own the vision and roadmap for external insights and analytics reporting that drive value for our most critical strategic real estate partners

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs, define use cases, and translate them into product requirements

  • Define and prioritize integration of critical third-party data sources (e.g., housing, close data, lead performance) that inform agent personalization, reporting, and partner insights

  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to design scalable data infrastructure and pipelines that power reporting experiences

  • Drive the development of dashboards, APIs, and reporting tools that surface KPIs, customer performance, and ROI in intuitive, actionable ways

  • Define success metrics and partner closely with analytics teams to validate and continuously improve reporting solutions

  • Ensure a high standard of data quality, consistency, and transparency across our products

  • Support go-to-market teams with tools and materials to help communicate insights to partners

  • Evangelize data-driven thinking across product areas to identify new monetization and engagement opportunities through insights

What you’ll bring:


  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data products, analytics platforms, or reporting tools

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience building products that rely on complex datasets, third-party data integration, and/or reporting capabilities

  • Comfortable translating ambiguous business needs into structured data product strategies

  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think big while executing at a high level of detail

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; you know how to bring together engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver value

  • Analytical and curious—fluent in metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing, and able to dig deep into data to uncover insights

  • Familiarity with BI tools and data infrastructure concepts

  • Clear and concise communicator who can align technical teams and executive stakeholders alike
    Background real estate or proptech is a plus
