Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional appearance
- Customer service-oriented attitudeResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
