This entry-level opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to start a long-term career path in staffing, recruitment support, and client engagement. You will receive structured hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and clear advancement pathways within the organization. No prior customer service or recruiting experience is required.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with business clients and candidates, assisting with inquiries, supporting hiring-related processes, and helping ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout each interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
• Engage with business clients and candidates during scheduled face-to-face meetings • Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the hiring and service process • Answer questions regarding available staffing solutions, job opportunities, and recruitment services • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through clear and effective communication • Assist clients in identifying staffing solutions and talent needs that best fit their requirements • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate updates, and scheduled appointments • Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement • Work closely with team members and recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals • Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on recruitment processes and professional development

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills • Positive, professional, and coachable mindset • Polished appearance and professional demeanor • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable interacting with clients and candidates in a professional office setting • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, or similar fields is helpful but not required • Entry-level applicants and career changers are strongly encouraged to apply
