Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience required, including evaluations, plan of care development, and documentation in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with functional treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques.
- Competence in documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and provide direction to support staff and students as appropriate.
- Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice act and professional codes of conduct.
- Preferred: prior experience using outpatient EHR systems and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
