Job Description
Ancira Auto Group is hiring Experienced Sales Professionals to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Retail automotive sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with proven sales success or significant customer service experience are encouraged to apply. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable team that takes pride in performance, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Pay: $50,000 - $125,000 Annually
- Motivated Sales Professionals average earnings consistently over $100,000 annually
- Compensation is commission-based and commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to final sale
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service
- Maintain product knowledge of vehicle features, options, and pricing
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and timely
- Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and support staff
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history to meet insurability requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
