Job Description
- To greet prospects, give tours, and close leases
- To assist Spanish‑speaking residents and prospects
- To handle applications, verifications, and resident inquiries
- To maintain accurate files using property management software
- To ensure Fair Housing compliance and professional office standards
Required Skills
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Apartment leasing or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Property management software experience preferred
