Staff Accountant

At Parametrics Medical, we provide the latest advancements in tissue implants, biologics and regenerative medicine to enhance surgical outcomes and improve patient quality of life while honoring the gift of donated human tissue. Here is a sampling of what you’ll do:

· Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, owner reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

· Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.

· Review planning process and suggest improvement to current methods.

· Analyze operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

· Work with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.

· Study long-range economic trends and project their impact on future growth in sales and market share.

· Manage responsibilities over Finance department.

· Cash flow management and planning.

Must have qualifications/knowledge:

Applicable 4-year degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience

3-5 years of accounting experience

CPA license preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Acctivate, and Zoho
