Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC, Llano, Texas. Travel assignment starting 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks in a long-term care (LTC) setting. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a 5x8 days shift. Weekly pay ranges from $1,445 to $1,534 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide PTA-directed treatment under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, manual techniques, and other modalities as directed.
- Record patient progress and communicate results to the supervising physical therapist for care planning.
- Assist with patient education, safety during activities, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team to adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas or a compact license (required).
- Minimum 2 years PTA experience (required).
- Ability to work in a long-term care/nursing home setting under PT supervision (required).
- Documentation and communication skills to support presentation of patient progress.
- Availability to start on 06/29/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment.
