Job Position: PR - Painter

Location: Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Pay Rate: $20.00

Shift: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Painter to join our warehouse production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in spray painting or

hand-finishing wood products, especially cabinetry. This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinets to meet quality standards and production

timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cabinet surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed

• Mix and match paint colors and stains to desired finish specifications

• Apply paint or stain using spray guns, rollers, or brushes

• Ensure consistent coverage and high-quality finish on all pieces

• Inspect finished products for imperfections and touch up as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tools and spray booths

• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper ventilation procedures

• Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience painting cabinets, furniture, or wood products preferred

• Knowledge of different paint and stain types and application techniques

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
