Remote Coordination Assistant
We are seeking individuals who enjoy supporting clients and providing excellent service. This role focuses on helping clients coordinate reservation plans and resolving questions throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding their plans
- Research and coordinate reservation options
- Provide guidance based on client preferences
- Resolve scheduling or service-related issues
- Maintain detailed notes and records
