Join a well-established outpatient clinic that has been serving the Brownsville community for 33 years! We are looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a clinic that values high-quality, one-on-one patient care while offering mentorship, ownership, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Position Details:

• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Clinic Transition: Moving from paper charting to electronic (WebPT)
• Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 12 PM & 2 PM – 6 PM (2-hour lunch for charting & break)
  • Flexible start times available
  • Saturdays as needed: Alternating mornings (8 AM – 12 PM) every other weekend ( half-day off during the week to balance hours )

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $100,000 per year
• Paid Time Off:
  • 2 weeks PTO vacation

• Health Insurance: Monthly stipends offered
• Continuing Education: $1,000 annually for CEUs
• Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly performance-based bonuses

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: New graduates welcome! 1+ years of experience preferred
• Patient Population: Primarily adults to geriatrics
• Services Provided: Vestibular, balance, orthopedics, sports medicine, worker’s comp, VA
• Current Clinic Owner: Experienced in orthopedics and available for mentorship

Treatment Approach:

• One-on-One Patient Care: Occasionally two patients when safety and quality allow
• Support Team: PTAs handle treatments, allowing PTs to focus on evaluations and treatment planning
• Treatment Intervals: 40 to 60 minutes based on patient needs
• Expectations: Comfortable handling both evaluations and treatments
