Senior Scheduler
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Austin, TX. Key Tasks:
- Designs, develops, maintains, implements, and monitors comprehensive project schedules for multiple or large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborates with project teams and external partners to resolve moderately complex scheduling challenges and optimize resource allocation
- Analyzes project data and performance indicators to forecast risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive informed decision-making
- Communicates schedule status, critical path updates, and potential impacts to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Ensures compliance with established scheduling standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements
- Leads post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and integrate improvements into future planning processes
- Supports less experienced team members in planning and scheduling issues and provides technical expertise based on leading practices
- Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
