Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong financial planning and analysis background to make a significant impact on the future of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to our sales and leadership teams, driving business strategy and performance. This role will require a high level of financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and forecasting.
2. Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and key business drivers to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
3. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
4. Provide financial analysis and guidance on a range of topics including revenue growth, expense management, and capital allocation.
5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
6. Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis activities.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the sales industry.
3. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with other financial systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.
