Guidewire Lead
Position: Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development, configuration, integration, and enhancement activities.
- Design and customize PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules Engine, Product Model, Workflows, and Batch Processes .
- Develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP Web Services .
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support release planning, deployments, production support, and issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

- 8+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience

- Jenkins / CI-CD
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud or InsuranceSuite upgrades (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Certified Professional/Developer
- Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
