The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the repair and upkeep of the company’s facilities and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, as well as a thorough knowledge of maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The Maintenance Manager will ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functional to support the efficient operation of the company's business activities.

The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility & Equipment Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all machinery, equipment, and facilities. Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
• System Knowledge:
  Maintain a strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and use this knowledge to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and machinery.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Administrative Duties:
  Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on maintenance activities, including scheduled repairs, breakdowns, and inventory management. Ensure accurate documentation of work performed.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
  Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs or equipment procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, implementing new techniques and tools that enhance productivity and maintenance effectiveness.
