OverviewAt Gallagher, we help businesses and people thrive by delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions. As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service. You’ll lead meetings, manage accounts, and help clients navigate their benefits programs with confidence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and making a real impact.
How you'll make an impact- Be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered
- Lead client meetings, including open enrollment sessions, and provide proactive support to help them achieve their goals.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and design tailored benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best advice.
- Play a key role in client retention and growth by maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service
Required :
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Health and Life License.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred :
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
