HVAC/Plumbing Senior Project Manager
HVAC/Plumbing Senior Project Manager position in San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple large commercial mechanical projects
- Manage schedule, budget, sub-contractors, change-orders
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience
- Experience managing large, commercial projects
- Knowledge of Quickpen, MS Project, Excel, BlueBeam among other applications preferred
- Local and stable work-history preferred
