Job Description
A national law firm is seeking Title Examiners to join their PRC department. The team reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports and help identify individuals who should be served to collect delinquent property taxes. Title Examiners will be responsible for obtaining title examination materials, reviewing document information, and creating run sheets that serve as an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting title to a tract of land for a given time period.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain title examination materials for review
- Analyze and review document information
- Create detailed run sheets summarizing title information
- Provide information regarding property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of properties assessed under a delinquent tax account
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of real estate title examination experience, including use of the Title Data system (This is REQUIRED)
- Office experience required
- Strong understanding of legal documents
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
- Excellent reading, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and “Title data software”
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

The base pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
