Warehouse Carpet Processing Associate
Irving, TX Schedule:
Monday-Friday
7:00am-3:30pm with Occasional Weekends Required
Start Pay $16/HR Job Summary
We're looking for dependable team members to join our warehouse carpet production team. This is a physically active position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements- Ability to kneel for 6+ hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working in a hot warehouse and maintaining a fast production pace
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to Irving, TX
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM , with occasional weekends
- Able to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Warehouse Carpet Lead
Pay: Starting at $20.00/HR
Full-Time
- Lead and support warehouse associates.
- Keep production lanes moving efficiently.
- Operate a sit-down propane forklift.
- Monitor inventory and assist with daily warehouse operations.
- Maintain a safe, productive work environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Warehouse lead experience (production, flooring, events, or fabrication)
- Sit-down propane forklift experience
- Basic computer and inventory skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a hot, physical warehouse
- Reliable attendance with occasional weekend availability
