Remote Customer Service (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from plan members and healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist callers with inquiries regarding coverage details, claims, benefits, and general program information.

• Accurately document all caller interactions and outcomes in our systems in real time.

• De-escalate challenging situations using active listening, patience, and effective problem-solving.

Work Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position featuring a consistent schedule with no weekend hours. Candidates must be available for both phases of the schedule:

• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

• Regular Post-Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Preferred Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior college coursework is a plus.

• Previous experience in an inbound call center, customer service, or healthcare support setting.

• Primary residence located within Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zones is preferred.
