Now Hiring: Cable Assemblers & Drop Cable Operators – Carrollton, TX

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for Cable Assembler and Drop Cable Operator positions in Carrollton, TX . These are excellent temp-to-hire opportunities with competitive pay and immediate openings available.

Cable Assembler

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble fiber optic cables
• Perform braiding, shielding, and end connector installation
• Work with small components requiring precision and attention to detail
• Follow assembly procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Excellent manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail
• Assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work with small parts and repetitive hand movements

Drop Cable Operator

Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Monitor production processes and quality standards
• Perform routine inspections and production tasks
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with material handling as needed

Qualifications:

• Machine operation experience required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
